 Production Introduction The 720° immersive cinema dome is a kind of dome that adopts vertical 360°+ horizontal 360° all-inclusive installation.
Our company immersive cinema dome is the dome that can truely use 1mm thinkness hyperbolioid forming sheets. The projection dome spliced by the forming sheet has the characteristics of hyperboloid forming. Each panel is the part of the whole dome design. The shape of the dome isn't the "transition straight line" which is spliced with normal flat panel. The numbers of the dome seam is just 1/3 compared to the normal flat panel (the projection dome spliced by non-forming panels is actually an approximate sphere that is cut from a flat panel into small panels and spliced together). The projection dome with forming panel is more complete. The cinema dome color is uniform. Dome gain: 0.38-0.55 (according to the dome screen use requires scientific selection of customized dome coating). Panel aperture: 2mm Panel hole distance: 4mm Micropores arrangement: equidistant staggered arrangement (plum-shaped) Perforation rate: 22% Dome splicing seam: less than 1mm. The roundness error of the dome is less than 1cm within 10 meters. The maximum width of each panel can exceed 1000mm and the height can exceed 2000mm.
