360 Projection Dome Screen

A projection dome can be construted for ranging in size from 3 to 35 m in diameter, accommodating from 1 to 500 people. They can be permanent or portable, depending on the application. They can be mounted horizontally, matching the natural horizon of the real night sky. Also can be built tilted from the horizontal by between 5 and 30 degrees to provide greater comfort.

Tilted domes generally have seating arranged stadium-style in straight, tiered rows; While horizontal domes usually have seats in circular rows, arranged in concentric (facing center) or epicentric (facing front) arrays.

Our company's domes incorporate a modular structural frame design and perforated screen material that permits optimal sound and HVAC transmission. A variety of custom optical coatings are available to ensure uniformity, brightness, and contrast in the image.

The application of hyperbolic forming perforated aluminum sheets processing technology is the biggest feature and advantage of our company's projection dome screen. Our company is the first and only company to own this technology in China, and has obtained a patent. The use of hyperbolic forming sheets also makes our company have the strength to compete with Spitz company. The same product production, installation, after-sale, we have an absolute advantage in price.

The hyperbolic forming perforated aluminum sheets' specification are: Sound transmission hole diameter: 2mm; Sound transmission hole distance (center distance): 4mm; Sound transmission hole arrangement: equidistant misalignment; Perforation rate: 22.6%; Thickness: 1mm. Custom optical coatings are designed to optimize display for 2D and 3D projection in order to achieve the projection dome screen requirements required by the user.
