Projection Dome

Our company is the first and the only enterprise in China that possesses the processing technology of hyperbolic forming sheet. Our company owns the patent of independent hyperbolic forming sheet processing equipment.

At present, the equipment can process spheres with the specifications of 1200mm×2200mm and the diameter of which is larger than 4m meters. The dome screen splicing is realized by using the processed dome screen hyperbolic forming plate. In this way, the assembled screen is a real sphere, and the projection dome screen will not appear the effect of fluttering, which can reflect the screen characteristics in a very real way. The screen panels of this forming technology can be spliced into spherical screens of various sizes and widths for use in different projection environments
